Summer Picnic

A big thank you to those who joined us on the grass in Moat Side on the afternoon of the 8 July for the pirate themed picnic.

Brian's tennis ball firing cannon was a masterpiece and the children also enjoyed walking the plank and pinning the parrot on the pirate.  Betty had a raffle, treasure map and also black spot games and of course Kate did a excellent job with a quiz and put the parrot on the Pirate. 

Well done to the residents who dress as pirates for the picnic. Many thanks to those residents who joined us and the residents of Moat Side who allowed us to use the grassed area again this year and provided iced water and ice creams.
